Sasquatch in Sherwood

One of the shows that Jule and I watch on T.V. occasionally is "Finding Bigfoot".  I'm not sure how "Bigfoot" will translate in German, but it's the mythic creature of a big hairy ape man that some people believe still roam the earth.  Here we call it "bigfoot", "sasquatch", or sometimes "Yeti".  Here's one of the famous pictures that supposedly show "proof" that we have a sasquatch among us.

I don't believe in this thing, but we find it hilarious that there are people who search for it all the time.  Jule and I laugh as we watch this show.  The people are SO serious about finding this non-existent creature.  The below show clip will remind her.

We find it hilarious.  When she gets home, ask her to do her best "squatch" call for you.

So Jule and I have a problem with some creature stealing cat food from my front porch.  We know it's bigger than a cat because it can move the heavy cat feeder and can somehow pry the lid off of the cat food container.  It must be something with fingers.

Do we have a sasquatch?  Or maybe a cat-squatch?  :)

Tonight we're deploying some of the tactics of the sasquatch researchers on Finding Bigfoot to see what kind of thing is lurking around the house late at night.  You know that powder that Jule uses in her hair?  Well, we're going to bait the cat feeder with cat food and then sprinkle the powder all over the porch to see what kind of foot prints turn up.

I can't wait to get up tomorrow and see what kind of thing is stealing Fizzy's food.
