Spinach Artichoke Dip

As requested by Jule... the only thing that I can bake well...

Spinach Artichoke Dip


475 ml parmesan cheese
285 g box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
400 g can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
160 ml sour cream
240 ml cream cheese
80 ml mayonnaise
10 ml garlic, minced

Directions:
1:  Preheat oven to 190°C.
2:  Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
3:  Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
4:  Bake for 20-30 minutes.
5:  Serve with crackers or toasted bread.  When Jule was here, we used pita chips.
